In a vague attempt to pretend I am not going to forget all about them again as soon as it's seven o'clock tomorrow, here I construct a list of Other Fandoms what I like, yay!
- HIGNFY - ooh, ohh, back on tonight! And then it will be a little bit active again! And going to see it again this series too, and just, yes, hurrah! Plus I read some wee spoilers and there will be bits that will make Mum stare at me like I am crazy because I will squee and possibly I should somehow convince her she doesn't want to watch telly with me ever before it actually gets to ten o'clock, yes. Also I have not bought Private Eye for Quite Some Time. I should do that, yes.
- Babylon 5 - It's so quiet. This is sad. It's also quite scary because it's like a decade and a half old now and that's just scary. The pilot is still possibly the worst pilot ever for anything I think sometimes. At least Trek is consistently Quite Bad, and Let's Just Introduce Another Noncorporeal Super-Being For The Hell Of It, Yay! rather than Outright Awful when it starts new shows.
- Trek - OMG, PLEASE BE LYING. Ahem. I'm quite with the liking of TOS at the moment. I used to love it, then I hated it, and now I find out it's really actually very, very good, curses. Next Gen is still po-faced and generally saved by Patrick Stewart's acting skills, and DS9 wins everything cause it is fab, yes.
- Hustle - Does this have a fandom? It should do. I should find it. And then convince everyone of my firmly held belief that it's Napoleon Solo when he's retired. Cause, dude, it so is. And there's new Hustle on tonight! And old Hustle on Hallmark channel! Yays!
- Farscape - I've been watching this with Mum and it's the first time I've seen it all in order since the Beeb broadcast it. Now am being reminded how fabulous it is. I was a bit scared of the fandom before because I did not have a Complete Knowledge of what happened, and I'm dreadful like that. I get scared if I don't feel that I properly know the canon. So I should go do more than look for Scorpius fic this time, yes.
- Narnia - I should try and finish the other Susan&Jadis fic I've been writing. Also, also, I do not understand the fascination with the children at all. They're just so...meh. Apart from Susan who is fabulous. The witch, on the other hand, is the most amazing character and I adore her and I don't understand why everyone in the world does not share my love.
and also makes more icons of her, hmph.
- Blake's 7 - hrrm, I really need to save enough to order series 4 on DVD, yes.
And back to the revision, I suppose. Until nine and Hustle, rar!
