Vidding help/question

Dear Flist of Knowledge,

For vidding I use WMM, but now I would like to give the next least complex program a shot. I was told what I should prob try but I've gone and forgotten the name.

Basically, I want the drag and drop easy peasyness of WMM but, like, another soundtrack thingie line, or possibly the ability to put the clips anywhere on the timeline instead of having to dump them in order.
