I fell asleep. At entirely the wrong time. But waking up was horribly terrifying. One moment nothing. The next alive and asleep and not having a clue where I was at or why. And it wasn't like waking up at all. None of the between waking/sleeping confusion. Just a total blank on how I got there.
Luckily it passed within ten minutes, but still all rather disconcerting, yes. Hrrm.
I have lost a cat. The weather is terrible and the cat with the Horrible Injuries (she had a fight and something tried to take her throat away, but she's been treated and is spiffy and recovering now - bizarrely her injuries have made her much more friendly and less jumpy at people) is inside and sleeping at the fire. But others are MIA. Outside. In the rain. And the cold. ::frets:: At least one of them is somewhat allergic to the outdoors, so I am all concerened, yes.
There was a post on the B5 comm for about a second that said Andreas Katsulas was, um, dead...I am now fretting about that too. Know he is ill and all, but yes...::frets::
Today I managed 284 words on the dissertation. They are mostly unrubbish.
The Andreas message is back. ::is sad::
Um, there is no link, so shall continue to possibly pretend not true just now, yes.
ETA: Ah, it's on Sci-Fi Wire. He died yesterday. Age 59.
