Adric has several people, some of my friends would want to share him ... (so far, everyone I've got into Doctor Who as liked Adric. Unfortunately, as my collection is small, generally when they say "Can we see more Adric?" I end up having to show them Earthshock ... it's possible I should have mentioned before the last part that it was the one where he died ... )
As for the icon, one can never be sure. The Doctor often puts his hands in interesting places ... ;)
