Apparantly it's enough stress to power a Volvo. The he says 'Don't phone unknown people, kids. Use the anonymous screen of the computer and NEVER LEAVE THE HOUSE. I'm Christopher Eccleston.'
It's all a big scam by the phone companies and the security office and MI5 to RECORD OUR VOICES FOR NEFARIOUS PURPOSES.
