In fact, when the Doctor was screaming for Martha, what he REALLY wanted to shout was "Romana? Where are you?" But then he was like, "Oh yeah, I blew her up," I only then changed it to "Martha."
I bet if you slow it down super slowly you'd hear the shift, "RO-MARTHA."
Oddly, "Romartha" also sounds like a pairing name and now I am simultaneously bothered and very intrigued.
