Oh, I like the Colonel (whom not just the Doctor but you, too, call the Brigadier in the last paragraph with Martha). Great Martha voice throughout.

The idea that the Doctor hasn't much left to fear because of all the previous losses, and the creepiness of that: brilliant.

The dysfunctional duo with their dysfunctional kiss were great, and the Master taunting Martha just because he can: I admire the way you don't forget he's very much into that petty kind of cruelty. A very intense scene.
