Well, I think you're right actually - I was only joking about the Jack thing. I like to think that Jack has seen enough bad shit go down in his time to know that things like that really do happen sometimes, and sometimes it's nobody's fault. I actually find the idea that he would be pissed at Ten about that to be too angsty, too RTD-ish if you will.
