Season One - ends with War on Future Earth with Daleks.
Season Two - ends with War on Modern Day Earth with Daleks and Cybermen.
Season Three - ends with War on Modern Day Earth with the Master. The Master wins for a bit then everything resets.
Season Four - ends with War on Modern Day Earth moved across the universe with Daleks and Davros, who has a plan to Destroy The Universe.
Therefore, in The Big Ten Finale there will be War on Modern Day Earth with the Daleks and the Master and Davros who have a plan to Destroy the Universe. They succeed for a bit but the Doctor escapes beyond Time/to the End of Time/Dawn of Time/outside the Universe with A Big Reset Button. He presses it but it also totally fries his brain. Universe saved. Doctor dead.
