This is how disorganised and/or busy I am: it's taken so long for me to write a recs post for
festivids - a post that's still open and partly written in my browser and thus CONSTANTLY at risk of being eliminated by Firefox's foibles - that reveals have now come and gone. Yargnesses.
Anyway, this is what I made:
A Little Less Conversation
Recipient: Third Mouse
Fandom: Yes, (Prime) Minister
Music: "A Little Less Conversation" by Elvis Presley vs. JXL
Summary: The well-oiled machine of British central government.
Content notes: No standardized notes apply
Length: 03:36
Here are my v deep thoughts on making of this vid: omg, ridic fun to make! AND THEIR FACES ARE AMAZING. And I came away from it with a whole new appreciation of Paul Eddington. Concentrating so much on the reaction shots meant an awful lot of time spent marvelling at how subtle and dynamic his expressions could be. He so often gets overlooked in favour of Hawthorne, but they both consistently give incredible performances. Also, still the Best British Comedy Ever. Yes.
