Army of Ghosts - MAD PREDICTIONS
Cut due to spoilers. And by spoilers, I mean predictions I am making based on nothing save What I Think, The Series So Far and The Trailer That's Been On. And That Spoiler. I don't know about anything else, as have cunningly avoided spoilers, yes.
- Jackie is going to DIE. (And if this happens, I called it way back here. Sadly, I'm hoping she does die purely so I can say I Said She Would Ages Ago, Dude.)
- My favourite one: Rose gets cyberised and the Doctor has to kill her to save the world.
- Mickey turns out to be the new Cyberleader.
- Or, alternatively, comes back as a hero and then gets himself killed. Um, saving Jackie?
- Yvonne is obviously going to die and this make me sad, cause I think she's great. (This is purely based on the fact that I think Chrissie from Eastenders was great, and in my epxerience, soap actors can mostly only play just the one character, yes.)
- Please let Jack turn up, please, please.
- What I want to happen is Rose to realise that she has her own world and it's quite good too and so stays because Such Awful Things Happen There (like her Mum dying and, oh, human race getting almost killed) that she sticks around to rebuild. And realises that that's something that the Doctor never does, and that's just pretty useless and cowardly with him, because there are consequences and now the consequences have affected her Safe Bit On Earth Directly and it's Never Going To Be Safe Again and she can't just run away from them, she has to confront them. Yes.
- And the way the Doctor reacts to her leaving (which would show both that he is Sad and is Moving On) is that he goes off to alien worlds All The Time next series and doesn't go back to Earth except to pick up Jack or something, yes. *covets Alien!Worlds*
- And, generally, Highly Suspicious of Rose actually dying.

Don't think Rose will really die, Jackie maybe, but without her Rose would just run off again with the Doctor, so I'M still saying Terrible Danger and the Doctor chosing to let them die or something to save the world.
I'm also predicting a story told ala 'Alias': we get some exposition with Rose saying her "this is the last story I'l ever tell" while we see her how she's about to die and then we'll get a "48 hours earlier".
But then I suck at predicting stuff.
