I think I'm more disappointed in fanon, as I expect canon to be, mostly, about the Doctor. Though, in retrospect, Rose wasn't as overshadowing in series one as I'd thought at the time and now, with two series to look at, I think that they did get the balance right there.

Just, with so many ardent Rose fen, I'd have thought there'd have been some Rose focussed gen around and there just isn't.


I am not considering writing Rose/Mickey, Mickey/Jake, Rose/work post-Doomsday, about all three of them moving on and dealing with the world in front of them. And if I were, there would not be liberal heapings of Jackie. no.
