Um, both are good. I am all for more gen, poor underdog that it is, yes.
Liz's stuff is all fabulous in Actual Proper Objective way, thouh can be very slow. It's very Quatermass-y, but in colour.
Jo's (deliberately) appalling in her first story, but becomes becomes lovably inept.
