Have returned from the New World. With a cold. An American cold, one that seems to have a personal vendetta against my tonsils. Darn and blast it. Have more or less lost my voice, no doubt a delight to those I daily converse with but darn irritating to meself.

And now, to sleep for a day or two, since am e'er so slightly exhausted, yes.

I hydrated muchly, but then wandered Midway airport at 1am looking for a women's toilet that was actually open and not shut to be cleaned. It was vexing.
