OH WHITE COLLAR NO! I've been catching up as I found myself with nought on the telly and a Sunday afternoon and remembered the awesome pilot what I saw at
taraljc's last month and it's wonderful and I love it but they just went and mentioned the Curse of King Tut and OH THE PAIN. First, yes, the people who opened the tomb died...mostly of old age at least a decade later. (IIRC, one of them went and cut a mosquito bite on his face a couple of days after they went in and it got infected and he died, which is like the least impressive curse ever, frankly.) And secondly, there's no curse written in the tomb of King Tutankhamun.
But these two educated, intelligent gents what are the stars of the show are saying "two dozen people who entered the tomb ended up dead! Omg!" Yes. But only because over ninety years have passed since the opening and they were not magic people.
Right, I shall stop being annoyed about that and concentrate on the fact that Wendy Watson is on their team again this episode. Hurrah!
