Following on from the Highly Skientific Results in this poll in which it was discovered Ten/Romana II was the hottest pairing of all and that there are several highly disturbing people reading this who clicked on decaying!Master, the monkeys in the lab are ready for shiny new data. And so I present a poll that may not be wholly accurate cause I'm a bit iffy with the books and haven't a clue about the comics. But the principle is sound. Oh yes. Skience!

Also note the brand new option at the very bottom of the poll. I now horribly regret not having that for the last one. Cause, yeah, it would have been useful.

Must...resist...the power of Adric. And judging by the way he was eyeing Tegan's bottom in The Visitation it wasn't the Doctor he was in lust love with.

It's funny - coming into Who fandom for the first time despite having watched it forever you hit a lot of arguments that you've never heard before. Though I do have to admit that I am not terribly fond of the last years of Doctor Who but that was such a combo of things I am not sure who you would blame.

Yes, I was quite amazed when I began discovering fandomness for Doctor Who. It was just "La la la ... MEEEEP! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCARY! And ... what? Huh? Why? Wha?"

Very confusing. :)

I have a feeling that Adric was an equal opportunity starer. Well, he was a teenager, after all.

I think fandomness is often scary in general because you have all of these opinions about a show and then you hit people who don't have the same opinions (and feel rightfully just as strongly as you do), but it is then a huge shock because it never crossed your mind that X character could actually be such a locus for loathing. And I find it often ends up with me spouting off about things I like in stronger ways than I would otherwise have in reaction. I should be above that, but sadly I am not.

Yes, I agree. Something suddenly goes from "That's quite nice." to "THAT'S THE BEST THING EVER, WHY DO YOU DOUBT MEEEE?!" And then people get scary and you find yourself backing nerviously away and mumbling stuff about getting cold drinks - or you pitch it and scream back. I generally go for the "Hiding under the desk" option because I am a wuss and scared of confrontation.
