Also, I have it in my head that the first time the Doctor saw MiB, he was outraged that reading calculus at a young age was considered a shooting offense. If it was Ten, I'm thinking he threw a shoe at the TV and then went around for ten minutes bitching about the dreadful anti-intellectualism and the kneejerk xenophobic violence. But anyway.
